Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a strict policy regarding exchanges and refunds. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. ALL PRODUCTS on our website are considered final sale. If for any reason the product you ordered was mailed to you incorrectly, with motive we can exchange the product for you and refund the cost of shipping only. If you ordered the wrong item, we will not be able to exchange it as it is the customers responsibility.

Any complaint regarding an item has to be addressed within the first two days of receiving the package, for any exchange the product must have its original sticker and hangtag otherwise we are unable to complete any process.

What happens if my item has been delivered, and I did not receive it?

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after our system indicates your order has been delivered at the address provided by the costumer.
    It is the costumers responsibility to provide a safe address for delivery.

Did your package get returned?

  • Any return process will begin once the package has arrived to our facility.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • After processing your order it takes 24-48 hrs to be sent and arrival time is within 3-5 days.
